The authors have developed differential diagnostic criteria for distinguishing between mental retardation and mental retardation in children with cerebral palsy. The proposed comprehensive system for the rehabilitation of cognitive disorders includes medical-social and psychological-pedagogical correction and is aimed at compensating for cognitive deficits, developing mental functions, and restoring the mechanisms of social integration in children with cerebral palsy.
2023-05-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/4100Errors and Exceptions in Endodontic Exercises2023-05-10T07:39:01+00:00Kholboeva Nasiba AsrorovnaKholboeva@gmail.comAbdusattorova Gulbakhor NazarovnaAbdusattorova@gmail.comMamatov Hamid Boymurod ugliMamatov@gmail.comAsatbayev Jaloliddin Asliddin ugliAsatbayev@gmail.com
The article discussed in details the factors affecting the success or failure of endodontic treatment, the protocol of root canal irrigation is given, endodontic treatment errors are analyzed.
2023-05-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/4101Improvements Prediction of The Severity of the Clinical Course of Pаrhodonites in Patients with Hypertension2023-05-10T07:41:30+00:00Muratova Saodat KadirovnaMuratova@gmail.comTeshayev Shoxjahon Otabek o’g’liTeshayeva@gmail.com
The main task of diagnostics is to identify pathology at the earliest possible stages of its development, before the appearance of severe forms and complications. However, given the low awareness of the population and the long-term chronic course of periodontal diseases, patients with advanced periodontitis at a severe stage seek treatment. In these conditions, individual assessment and prediction of the risk of periodontitis in patients with arterial hypertension is relevant. Such studies will serve as a basis for identifying patients with a high risk of developing periodontal diseases, grouping them for the purpose of dental monitoring and implementing measures to neutralize the negative effects of periodontal diseases on the course of hypertension.
2023-05-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/4102Modern Approach to The Treatment of Chronic Generalized Periodontitis2023-05-10T07:43:19+00:00Shukurova Nodira TillayevnaShukurova@gmail.comTeshayev Shoxjahon Teshayeva@gmail.com
The article provides modern data on the problem of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and treatment of generalized periodontitis. The authors came to the conclusion that treatment should be comprehensive and aimed at eliminating inflammation in the periodontal area, eliminating the periodontal pocket, stimulating reparative osteogenesis, restoring function, and preventing negative effects on the general health and quality of life of patients. The use of conductors in drugs for the treatment of inflammatory and destructive periodontal diseases is due to their ability to increase the transmucous conductivity of drugs to the inflammation focus, allowing you to create an effective concentration of the active drug component that is part of the composition in the entire volume of periodontal lesions and maintain it throughout the entire period of treatment.
2023-05-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/4103Results of Complex Treatment of Chronic Disseminated Periodontitis in Patients Who Have Undergone Covid-192023-05-10T07:45:09+00:00Muratova Saodat KadirovnaMuratova@gmail.comYukimurodov Nurzod Otabek ugliYukimurodov@gmail.comAbsalamov Dilmurod Otamurod ugliAbsalamov@mail.com
In recent times, the primary cause of patients seeking a dentist is paradont disease, leading to premature teeth clots, decreased quality of life due to bad breath, bleeding gums, and dental hyperesthesia. According to the type of paste, all examined patients were divided into two groups: 78 patients (51.5%) whose teeth were sealed with resorcinol-formalin paste and 56 patients (48.5%) with Calcite paste. According to the results of the study, it was found that in the group of teeth previously treated with resorcinol-formalin paste, more than 2/3 were molars (77.0 + 2.2%), every fifth tooth was premolar (19.1 + 2.0%) and there were fewer front teeth (3.9 + 1.0%). In the group of teeth previously treated with Calcite paste, the ratio of types of teeth in different age subgroups differed. Almost equal proportions in frequency were noted for the anterior teeth (29.2 + 2.4%), premolars (29.8 + 2.4%), the proportion of molars was slightly higher (41.0 + 2.4%).
2023-05-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/4124Structural Changes of Internal Organs in Experimental Purulent Peritonitis2023-05-12T06:36:29+00:00Suleymanov R.ISuleymanova@gmail.comKiyamov B.EKiyamov@gmail.comKamalova M. In the long term, infants who are large for gestational age are more likely than other infants to be obese in childhood, adolescence and early adulthood, and are inherently at higher risk of cardiovascular and metabolic complications in adulthood. With over one billion adults in the world now overweight and more than 600 million clinically obese, preventing the vicious cycle effect of fetal macrosomia and childhood obesity is an increasingly pertinent issue. Fetal growth is determined by a complex interplay of various genetic and environmental influences. Consequently the prediction of pregnancies at risk of pathological overgrowth is difficult. Many risk factors for fetal macrosomia, such as maternal obesity and advanced maternal age, are also conversely associated with intrauterine growth restriction. Sonographic detection of fetal macrosomia is notoriously fraught with difficulties, with dozens of formulas for estimated fetal weight proposed but few with sufficient sensitivity to alter clinical practice.
2023-05-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/4158Evaluation Of Medicinal Properties Of Chestnut Fruit Used In The Treatment Of Varicose Diseases By Chemical Composition2023-05-18T08:14:58+00:00Madaminova Gulassal Abdurauf qiziMadaminova@gmail.comXojiqulov Azizbek SobirovichXojiqulov@gmail.comAsqarov Ibrohim RahmonovichAsqarov@gmail.com
The article provides information on the importance of vitamins used in the treatment of varicose veins, and the determination of the amount of water-soluble vitamins in an aqueous extract of chestnut fruits using the "High-Performance Liquid Chromatography" method.
2023-05-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.geniusjournals.org/index.php/emrp/article/view/4162Clinical Aspects of the Combined Course of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus2023-05-18T08:31:39+00:00Batirova Barchinoy TadjimukhammedovnaBatirova@gmail.com
The results of a comparative analysis of 80 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are considered: 40 cases with comorbid pathology (COPD and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM)) and 40 cases of COPD without type 2 diabetes. Instead of focusing just on H. pylori infection, we should evaluate all potential reasons before treating affected infants. In fact, the test-and-treat approach is not recommended for kids according to worldwide pediatric standards. Therefore, in order to properly analyse all of the potential causes of the symptomatology and to enhance the eradication rate, gastroscopy with antimicrobial susceptibility testing by culture on stomach biopsies should be conducted before to beginning the eradication therapy in children. If antibiotic susceptibility testing is unavailable, gastroscopy is nevertheless advised in order to determine the true source of any symptoms rather than only looking for H. pylori. Because there aren't as many antibiotics available for kids as there are for adults, doctors sometimes resort to antimicrobial susceptibility testing to cut down on treatment failures. Amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and metronidazole, in various combinations, are the principal antibiotics prescribed for children. When treating an infection without first determining its antimicrobial susceptibility, it is common practice to use a 14-day course of triple therapy. In cases of double-resistance or as a secondary therapeutic option, triple therapy with a high dose of amoxicillin is an option worth considering. From there, we might choose quadruple treatment with or without bismuth salts, which is based on therapeutic regimens typically administered to adults. Unfortunately, many children are less compliant with treatment regimens because of the severe side effects they may experience. This analysis also takes a look at several alternatives to standard pediatric care that are gaining popularity
2023-05-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023
