In recent times, the primary cause of patients seeking a dentist is paradont disease, leading to premature teeth clots, decreased quality of life due to bad breath, bleeding gums, and dental hyperesthesia. Based on the study, the results of the treatment of 112 patients examined from 2019 to 2022 were included in the orthopedic dentistry department of the Samarkand Regional Dental Department. According to the results of our study, chronic diffuse periodontitis was observed more in the group of patients aged 30-39 years – 39 (34.8%) patients. In chronic diffuse periodontitis, a clear clinical effect was obtained when the Prozone device was applied with a special disposable Period tip in the equivalent of 18 seconds, when the periodontal pockets were applied in combination with an ozonized solution of hypochlorite sodium. Treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis is one of the most difficult and important tasks of modern dentistry. 134 patients were examined on an outpatient basis with endodontic treatment of the two most common types of pastes: resorcinol-formalin and Calcevit. According to the type of paste, all examined patients were divided into two groups: 78 patients (51.5%) whose teeth were sealed with resorcinol-formalin paste and 56 patients (48.5%) with Calcite paste. According to the results of the study, it was found that in the group of teeth previously treated with resorcinol-formalin paste, more than 2/3 were molars (77.0 + 2.2%), every fifth tooth was premolar (19.1 + 2.0%) and there were fewer front teeth (3.9 + 1.0%). In the group of teeth previously treated with Calcite paste, the ratio of types of teeth in different age subgroups differed. Almost equal proportions in frequency were noted for the anterior teeth (29.2 + 2.4%), premolars (29.8 + 2.4%), the proportion of molars was slightly higher (41.0 + 2.4%).

The aim of our work is to identify features of morphogenesis in postnatal development, the study of the histological structure of different departments and membranes of rat heart at 1-22 days after birth. The object of the study was the heart of the 50 rats at 1, 6, 11, 16, 22 days after birth. The data of questionnaires, tests, clinical laboratory and instrumental indicators were analyzed. The negative role of type 2 diabetes on the course of COPD was demonstrated by such indicators as the frequency of exacerbation of COPD per year, the frequency of calls to ambulance teams, the frequency of hospitalizations due to exacerbation or worsening of the course of COPD, clinical symptoms of COPD, spirometry parameters, and indicators of cytokine and adipocytokine profiles.

Conducted clinical and serologic examination of 1400 children aged 0-14 with acute viral hepatitis in order to reveal the etiology of hepatitis and the number of combined forms among them was performed. During our investigation we revealed some peculiarities in clinical course, clinical symptoms and aggravation of the disease in case of combined course of VHB and VHC. In case of combination of AVHA+AVHB and AVHA associated with HBSAg significant prolongation of remission was noted. Among 294 patients with A VHB acute delta-viral infection was revealed in 51 persons. It gave the possibility to determine some clinical peculiarities and differentiations of VHD in case of co - infection and super infection. The obtained data allows to prognosticate frequency of different forms of VH in the region and help to perform rational measures on decreasing YH morbidity.

In order to study the issues of pathogenesis, clinic and diagnosis of combined liver lesions with hepatitis B and C viruses, 38 patients with various forms of mixed hepatitis B + C were comprehensively examined. During the infectious process of combined HBV/HCV etiology, indirect signs of mutual inhibition of two hepatotropic viruses were observed. The severity of clinical, laboratory and histological changes in the liver in latent forms is mainly due to HCV infection; it is characterized by the rapidity of HBeAg/HBeAb seroconversion and the disappearance of HBV DNA from the patient's blood against the background of ongoing HCV persistence. Isolation of various variants of the course of mixed hepatitis is uninformative in relation to the outcome and prognosis of the disease. At the same time, a thorough assessment of the activity of viral replication of both pathogens determines the choice of rational therapy.
